PearBee specializes in education-related services to teachers and parents/ students. To help us serve you better, please take the time to review the following terms and conditions. By using PearBee services, you agree to these terms and conditions. PearBee reserves the right to alter the service agreement without any prior notice.

 

1. Teacher Registration

PearBee does not automatically accept all teacher applicants. We require a prospective teachers to be local Malaysian, at least one year of teaching experience, teaching certificate or employment contract and must confirm their eligibility to perform private tutoring in Malaysia prior to registration.

 

2. Teacher qualifications

Teachers are expected to provide accurate personal information at all times. PearBee will not tolerate teachers misleading clients with fake credentials or fake personal information. All posted content, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the teachers. PearBee does not take responsibility for the origin of this content. At the point of registration, you have to be in possession of all the original copies of your qualifications as stated in your profile. You will need to present them to our company and the client at any time for verification purposes. You are required to submit your qualifications email when register. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your guidance and assistance.

 

3. Teacher Guidelines

• Solve and answer the students’ questions

• Clear explanation provided

• No verbal abuse is allowed

 

4. Teacher Rating

Teachers rated by the Students’ User based on teachers’ response time, knowledgeable, clear explanation and attitude.

• 5-star rated = Excellent

• 4-star rated = Good

• 3-star rated = Moderate

• 2-star rated = Need improvement

• 1-star rated = Poor

 

5. Incentives

Teachers are received perks and rewards with every guidance and assistance given to the students.

• 1 answer effort = 15 perks 

• Plus additional perks from your questioners’ rates

• 5-stars rated = 50 perks

• 4-stars rated = 35 perks

• 3-stars rated = 25 perks

• 2-stars rated = 20 perks

• 1-star rated = 15 perks

• The perks earned could traded into

  • Credits for your e-wallets

  • Food and beverage, groceries, and daily goods vouchers

  • Transportation applications discount credits

 

6. Termination

PearBee may terminate or suspend the Teacher User’s account and the Teacher User’s access to PearBee Service through the Website, if Teacher User breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions. PearBee may, at its discretion, terminate Teacher User’s account without the need to provide reasons and without prior notice. PearBee may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect or feature of PearBee Service, the Website and the settings of Teacher User’s account at any time without any prior notice.

 

 

7. Pricavy Policy

The Teacher User hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of the PearBee’s Privacy Policy as stated on the Website, inter alia, not to disclose or make use of any personal data of any other User without prior written consent of such User.
